Shipping
For Economy Shipping, please allow two business days for in stock items to ship. Economy shipping typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
For Express Shipping, orders placed by 12:00PM EST will ship the same day. Express orders placed after 2:00PM EST or on Saturday/Sunday will ship on the following business day.
Responsibility for Delivery Issues
Milbar is not liable for the following:
- Shipments delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information provided by the sender or recipient.
- Delivery problems resulting from the recipient being unavailable at the delivery location at the time of delivery.
- Any quality issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the sender or recipient, or due to rerouting of the package after shipment.
Returns
We accept returns for refund when the product is shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Returns passed this date will be offered store credit for an exchange. We will send a return label and once the item arrives back to us, you will receive a refund for the price of your purchase, tax included. Returned items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging.
If your order was incorrect or damaged, please contact us and we will make it right! Once the incorrect or damaged items arrive back to us, we will send a replacement.
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for any pieces that are not returned back to us.
